We are a mental health practice with several locations who mainly serve the adult population. We are looking for a contractual psychotherapist to join our team either in a full time (minimum 35 sessions a week) or Part time (minimum 15 sessions a week). We have two locations (Foundations Medical Day Program, DARS Place). The centers are open Monday through Saturday. Sessions can begin at 8:30am and end at 2:45pm. Currently, all sessions are in person, there is a 0 no show rate, so your pay is guaranteed. All clients have Medicaid insurances.

Candidates must have an NPI number, CAQH account, liability insurance, and fully licensed (LCPC/ LCSW-C/LMFT/LCPAT etc….). We can help you get set up if you're unsure. Must not have any prior history of professional or malpractice occurrences.
