Full & Part Time Job Description
We are a mental health practice with several locations who mainly serves the adult population. We are looking for a contractual or salaried psychotherapist to join our team either in a full time (minimum 35 sessions a week) or Part time (minimum 15 sessions a week). We have two locations (Maximum Day Services 1, Maximum Day Services 2). The centers are open Monday through Saturday. Sessions can begin at 8:30am and end at 2:45pm. Currently, all sessions are in person, there is a 0 no show rate, so your pay is guaranteed. All clients have Medicaid insurances. Salary option available but no health insurance provided yet.

Candidates must have an NPI number, CAQH account, liability insurance, and fully licensed (LCPC/ LCSW-C/LMFT/LCPAT etc….). We can help you get set up if you're unsure. Must not have any prior history of professional or malpractice occurrences.

Part time from $34K+ (15 sessions a week minimum)

Full time from $85K (35 sessions a week) and $97K+ (40 sessions +)

Salary: Full time begins at $75K+/yr with 401K, 2 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement

Descriptions

Administrative Intern:
-
Answer and direct phone calls
-
Help organize and schedule appointments
-
Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
-
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
-
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-
Maintain filing system
-
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-
Help with ordering of office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-
Maintain contact lists
-
Provide general support to staff and clients when necessary

Social Media Intern:
-
Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
-
Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
-
Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
-
Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
-
Collaborate to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new service or product launches
-
Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
-
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
-
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
-
Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
-
Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
-
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Clinical Intern:
-
Work consistently to ensure that clients receive the highest quality therapy possible
-
Be punctual, responsible, and professional

Assist in the development of treatment goals, objectives
-
Create binders of clinical activities for the different work locations
-
Identify group therapy topics
-
Aid in the facilitation of group therapy activities
-
Collect data throughout each session in a timely and efficient manner
-
Create program materials for individual clients as needed
-
Attend team meetings
-
Participate in introductory and ongoing training programs that provide instruction in life coaching and holistic services

Be energetic, engaged, creative, and imaginative when working with individuals who have developmental delays

Work directly and collaboratively with individuals, families and professionals
-
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings

Qualifications
-
Undergraduate student completing a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Familiarity with Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel)
